A Mares MCH 16 breathing air compressor with a Nitrox blending station (capable of blending up to Ean40) is included, fully serviced and air-tested quarterly.</p>
<p>The business is certified and affiliated with both PADI and SSI, with all training equipment, computer systems, POS systems, current advertising materials, websites, and digital media included in the sale. recent LIDER scanning has shown the city is at least 3 times larger than originally<br />
thought. As well as Calakmul and many other ruins, the Biosphere is home to 5 of the<br />
big cats, tapirs, small mammals, crocodiles, bats, over 200 species of birds, snakes,and<br />
hundreds of different orchids.<br />
For ruins LOVERS, the list in this region is long. This was the heart of the MAYA world<br />
in the 4/5/6 centuries .Easily reached are Becan, Chicana, Balakmu, Xpujil,<br />
Hormiguero, Kohunlich, Dzibanche, Tohcoh, Hochob, Santa Rosa Xtampax as well<br />
many off-road like Rio Bec.<br />
The Gulf of Mexico has many small, truly Mexican towns, where locals go about their<br />
daily business and are happy to talk to a tourist who has gone off the beaten track. For<br />
fish lovers, this region has the freshest fish in Mexico and the quietest beaches.<br />

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Located 130 miles east from Montevideo and 80 miles from Punta del Este this boutique hotel is comprised of 15-rooms in a 2-story building located in the heart of Uruguay&#8217;s trendy town of La Pedrera. The hotel is set in a great position on the highest point in town with sweeping expansive views of the open skies and breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Just steps from the beach as well as the town&#8217;s main street and its many gourmet offerings.</p>
<p>Built new in 2010, the hotel’s improved area is approximately 11,000 sq. feet on an approximately 14,000 sq. feet lot that spreads over two levels around an intimate garden.</p>
<p>Guest rooms are luminous &amp; spacious and well appointed with mid-century furnishings with both elegance as well as comfort in mind. On average rooms run between 320 and 480 sq. feet; upper floor rooms have exceptional views &amp; private terraces, garden rooms each have a private outdoor sitting area around the garden &amp; the pool.</p>
<p>In late 2018 plans were approved for the construction of two large additional master rooms on the second floor, they would be located above the lounge facing the sea which will, when built, bring the total number of rooms to 17.</p>
<p>Currently, Brisas’ maximum occupancy is 34 guests. Every guest room is equipped with A/C, safe deposit, mini-fridge &amp; glassware. There are also beach towels, hats, a beach bag &amp; beach chairs for each room.</p>
<p>Brisas’ lush interior gardens ensure a peaceful stay even during the height of the season.</p>
<p>The lounge/restaurant opens into a large deck, the garden, and the 26&#215;13 sq. feet kidney-shaped swimming pool. A covered bar/BBQ area alongside the deck. There is also a large indoor kitchen, equipped with all necessary equipment to run a restaurant business in-house, or renting it to a third party.</p>
<p>Outside there are public bathrooms and additional stock storage. At the end of the property there is a separate building holding the office &amp; the machine room.</p>
<p>The property is in excellent condition, it has been maintained with attention and care since its opening in 2010. Services such as electricity, water, garbage collection are supplied by the city, at the hotel a solar panel / reserve tanks installation, backed up by natural gas provides hot water considerably reducing energy costs.</p>
