              The hotel is located immediately across a new gated complex that will house around 600 villas, which won’t have access to the beach except by crossing the highway and going through the property.

              This property was acquired in April 2024 and underwent a complete reconstruction, as it had been shut down due to COVID and had never reopened.

 The hotel was completed in November, and all online booking platforms and social media are now operational.

The property is being managed by a professional team of hotel operators, but the management contract is open and can be continued or terminated if a complete sale were to occur, at the new owner’s complete discretion.

Owner is presently working on another project in the Dominican Republic and is contemplating a full sale of this property or a partnership with a known hotel chain or group to expand exposure and potential. .
