Lyle Burke founded Resort Pathways in 2001 as an international real estate marketing company specializing in sales of resorts and oceanfront real estate in the Caribbean Basin, Mexico, Belize, and Central and South America.
Lyle and his family have lived a true expatriate lifestyle. Having lived in Qatar, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, the Dominican Republic, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, and the northernmost village in Alaska, Barrow — Lyle understands the challenges and rewards of moving to a new destination and the requirements to successfully adjust.

Anna started traveling internationally at 16, moving to Europe at 21, and worked her way around the world. She lived 4 years in the Pacific and 8 years throughout the Eastern Caribbean before sailing to Belize.
Anna has been based in Belize for 17 years, with 10 rental units of her own, and has served as Operations Manager for a Sailing Diving Liveaboard Resort in Placencia for 5 years. She has also worked with Re/Max as well as a boutique brokerage before joining the Resort Pathways team.
Her daughters were born and raised in Belize, so she has a well-rounded experience and perspective on running a business and living abroad. She is known for her candor and diligence to find the best match for your goals.
