- The second structure houses three independent bedrooms with bathrooms and air conditioning. Every room has brick vaulted ceilings. The owners had to bring skilled labor from Mexico to craft them. An amazing structure!

- The fourth structure is an open-air plaza that can accommodate up to 30 people. This area is where family and friend gatherings occur. This area has a custom-made grill and a wooden oven for baking pizzas, bread, or the like.
- The fifth structure is the living room, where the special moments take place in a cozy atmosphere and with a stunning brick-vaulted ceiling, covering an area of more than 680 square feet. This area has air conditioning and two restrooms.
